Concierge Medicine & Primary Care
Our Concierge service will make our physicians are available and accessible to patients in a private and convenient location. We offer personal provider access, and same-day or next day weekday visits when needed for acute issues. Wait time is minimal, and time with the provider is extended during clinic appointments. Our physicians will also help patients efficiently navigate their health care by coordinating with other medical disciplines.
Health Assessment:
- Personal Medical History
- Family Medical History
- Relevant Social History
- Previous Immunizations and Screening Tests
- Current Medications and Adverse Medication Reactions
- Active and Previous Symptoms
Ongoing Support:
- Preventive wellness advice, including routine office visits and regular interactive patient-provider communication
- Management of acute and chronic medical conditions
- Coordination of medical care and priority scheduling with medical and surgical doctors
- In-office lab draws, medication injections (such as testosterone, allergy and B-12), and IV fluid administration
- Routine immunizations and travel vaccinations
- Doctor-driven, personalized health coaching (such as exercise prescription, nutrition advice and weight optimization), and referrals for therapy (such as cognitive behavioral therapy and physical therapy) if needed
- Convenient in-clinic access to a range of Vanderbilt subspecialties (presently these are cosmetic surgery, gynecology, dermatology, orthopedic surgery and physical therapy).
